This lovely Shot Tower Gin cocktail was one of the very first we developed.

It has two of my all time favorite cocktail modifiers, Chartreuse and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur. Both can be over powering in a cocktail not balanced correctly. In the Shot Tower Gin Chartreuse Smash, they balance nicely with the floral gin, and, served over crushed ice, play well together in a refreshing tall sipper.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Shot Tower Gin

1 oz Chartreuse

.5 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

DIRECTIONS

All ingredients shaken together.

Served on crushed ice in a silver julep cup or highball glass.

Garnish with fresh mint or sage and powdered sugar.
