- 1.5 oz Barreled Shot Tower Gin
- .75 oz red wine
- .25 oz Amargo Vallet
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz sage syrup
Shake, strain over ice in highball glass add soda/sparkling water garnish with sage leaves and lemon twist.
*Sage syrup: 1 c h2o, 1 c sugar, add 5 or 6 sage leaves once removed from heat and let steep for 15 min
