INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Barreled Shot Tower Gin
.75 oz red wine
.25 oz Amargo Vallet
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz sage syrup
DIRECTIONS
Shake, strain over ice in highball glass.
Add soda/sparkling water.
Garnish with sage leaves and lemon twist.
*Sage syrup: 1 c h2o, 1 c sugar, add 5 or 6 sage leaves once removed from heat and let steep for 15 min
