2 oz Epoch Straight Rye Whiskey

.5 oz Simple syrup

2 dashes black walnut bitters

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in cocktail stirring glass.

Add ice, stir.

Strain onto one large ice cube and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
