From Barrel Selections to Custom Spirits

Private Barrel Selection

Make a barrel of award-winning Maryland rye whiskey uniquely yours. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, recognizing employees, thanking clients, or organizing a whiskey club, our Private Barrel Selection program lets your group taste and choose a barrel from our aging warehouse. Once selected, we’ll bottle the entire barrel exclusively for you, complete with a custom label to commemorate the occasion. Most barrels yield approximately 180–220 bottles, making this a memorable gift or keepsake that can be shared for years to come. From the warehouse tasting to the final bottle, you’ll experience one of the most rewarding traditions in American whiskey while taking home a barrel that no one else will ever own.

Five-Year Barrel Stewardship

Experience the evolution of a single barrel over time. Our Five-Year Barrel Stewardship program allows individuals or small groups to select one of our aging barrels and follow its journey as it matures. Each year, you’ll return to the distillery to taste your whiskey, learn how it has changed, and bottle a limited number of bottles to enjoy or share. Watching the influence of the barrel, seasons, and time transform the whiskey is an experience few enthusiasts ever have. At the conclusion of the five-year term, you’ll receive the remaining whiskey from the barrel, creating a truly one-of-a-kind collection that tells the story of its maturation from beginning to end.

Our experienced production team works with clients to produce award winning spirits that meet your brand’s vision, from recipe development to barreling and bottling. If you already have a recipe and production specifications, we’ll execute them with consistency and precision. We offer flexible production options, barrel storage, aging, bottling, and fulfillment, allowing you to focus on building your brand while we handle the production. Distill a Single Barrel

Craft a whiskey that’s entirely your own—from grain to glass. Working alongside our Master Distiller, you’ll design a custom whiskey by selecting the mash bill, fermentation profile, and barrel type that best reflects your vision. Once distilled, you’ll receive a bottle of the unaged “white dog” spirit, offering a rare glimpse into your whiskey before it ever touches oak. Beginning when the whiskey reaches two years of age, you’ll receive annual bottles that showcase how the barrel shapes its flavor over time. When the whiskey reaches five years, we’ll bottle the remainder of the barrel exclusively for you. It’s a rare opportunity to experience the complete life cycle of a whiskey while creating something that exists nowhere else in the world. These programs are ideal for families, collectors, corporate groups, or anyone looking to create a lasting legacy in whiskey. Only full 53 gallon barrels available.
