Adapted from a recipe created in 2003 by Vincenzo Errico at Milk & Honey, New York City, USA.

INGREDIENTS
5 Fresh Green Grapes
1 oz Shot Tower Gin
1 oz Italian Red Bitter Liqueur
2/3 oz Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 oz Sugar Syrup (rich: 2 sugar to 1 water)
DIRECTIONS
MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with green grape on stick.
