3 Quarantine Cocktails
Hopefully, by the time you read this, we’ll be far beyond the quarantine of 2020, but that’s where these videos began (from the living room!). We needed a lot of good drink ideas back then, so here’s 3 at once.

The ‘Floppy Disk’
INGREDIENTS
2oz Grapefruit Juice
.5oz Orange Curacao
.5oz Cynar
.25oz Mescal
2oz Soda Water
DIRECTIONS
Shake to mix everything but the soda.
Strain over rocks and top with soda.
The Gin Rickey
DIRECTIONS
Served over ice in a collins glass.
The Old Fashioned
DIRECTIONS
Stir over ice.
Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
