INGREDIENTS
.5oz Herring Cherry Liqueur
1.5oz Genever
.5oz Kirschwasser
.5oz Benedictine
.5oz Lemon Sherbet (see video)
.75oz Lemon Juice
3 shakes Angostura Bitters
1.5oz Rhubarb Soda
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients (other than the Rhubarb Soda) together over ice.
Strain into a tall glass over ice.
Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and enjoy!
